We are a PC(USA) matthew 25 Congregation
Rooted in Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 25:31-46, this transformative movement orients us toward what we are building, cultivating, and creating with God in our lives and communities. At its core, Matthew 25 is about the healing and restoration of relationships, systems, and societies that reflect God’s justice and love. - Source: PC(USA);

BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK
We partner with the Liverpool Chapter of Blessings in a Backpack to provide weekend meals to nearly 300 elementary students in the Liverpool Central School District. Once per month, our church fills bags of food and we participate in the annual Fill-A-Bus event at the start of the school year. LFPC members regularly donate food items to Blessings in a Backpack.
Isaiah’S Table
Members of our congregation participate in the activities of Isaiah's Table, an Elder led church, located in the Near West Side in Syracuse, NY. Isaiah's Table is a New Worshiping Community and part of the 1,001 New Worshiping Communities Initiative of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

CENTER FOR HEALTHY AGING
We collect and donate hygiene items, diapers and baby wipes, and cleaning products to InterFaith Works throughout the year. During Advent, we support InterFaith Works by filling baskets with food, gift cards, toys for children, blankets, hygiene products, and entertainment items, such a board game for individuals and families served by InterFaith's Center for New American Families, and Center for Healthy Aging.
InterFaith Works affirms the dignity of each person and every faith tradition, builds racial and religious equity, and creates bridges of understanding among us.

LITTLE CHURCH
by the bench
"Dear God, I love you so so much. I believe.
I love you Papa. RIP" - from the Prayer Box
The Little Church by the Bench, is located at our scenic pocket park at the corner of Third and Oswego Streets, directly across from Liverpool First Presbyterian Church. The Little Church gives a place for people to express their thoughts and prayers. Visitors will find Bibles, devotionals, a Prayer Box, prayer and scripture cards, words of encouragement, and, food and hygiene products.
May God bless those who need the little extras we can provide for food and hygiene. May God bless those who sit on the bench to rest, think, pray, and be. May God bless those who leave a prayer for us to work on together.
